Swamiji Visits Little Rock

From November 14 – November 17 Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Swamiji, a Hindu spiritual leader from Mysore, India, visited Little Rock, AR and stayed at the home of Dr. Rick Smith and the Rev. Susan Sims Smith. This was primarily a time of rest for Sri Swamiji; and this included time at the Arkansas House of Prayer. On the evening of November 16, Sri Swamiji participated in an interfaith service with prayers and song led by Rt. Rev. Larry Maze, Mrs. Beth Maze and the Rev. Susan Sims Smith, and piano music by John Willis. He also visited the University of Arkansas for the Medical Science’s Psychiatric Research Institute to learn the results of a recent analysis on the effect of his musical compositions on a listener’s brain.

Photos and more details of his travels can be found here.
