The Oracle of Tibet To Visit Little Rock & Conway

The Venerable Thubten Ngodup, State Oracle of Tibet & Spiritual Advisor to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. 


The Oracle, known as Kuten la, will visit Little Rock and Conway October 22-23 to offer teachings and blessings, and to visit Arkansas House of Prayer. He serves to advise and protect His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama through the interpretation of visions and dreams.

Each event will include chanting, spiritual teachings, and blessings from the Oracle.

Saturday, October 22 – 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. 

“Chanting, Contemplation and Inspiration: An Experiential Journey with the Nechung Oracle, Advisor to the Dalai Lama” in Reves Recital Hall in Trieschmann Fine Arts Building, Hendrix College, 1600 Washington Avenue, Conway.

“The Power of Blessings and Mantra” at the Ecumenical Buddhist Society, 1516 West Third Street, Little Rock.

Sunday, October 23 – 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. 

“Silence, Stillness and Interfaith Harmony.” Listen to the monks chant, and hear the Oracle teach. Representatives of the major faith traditions will welcome our visitors. Arkansas House of Prayer will be open for tours and meditation before and after the program.
